Develops, prepares, and implements training and guidance for Title I Schoolwide Plans in accordance with non-regulatory guidance and NCLB/ESSA. Submitting 1003A Grant on E-grant for two schools in School Improvement, tracking expenses and amending as needed. Work with 44 Title I Schools to analyze student test data, as well as survey data and create a plan to improve scores. Guide schools in analysis of data and writing a School wide plan to address weaknesses. Annually, present Data Analysis and School Improvement workshops. Monitor to ensure compliance and completing of necessary SWP documentation with all Title I schools.

Create and deliver workshops on the following topics: Higher Order Thinking Skills, Cracking the Code of Constructed Response, Strategic Reading, and Thinking Maps ®. Train regional personnel to serve as a District Assistance Team members. Assist my Targeted Assistance School with School Improvement Plan, professional development and implementation, and classroom observations. Conduct state monitoring of LEAP & iLEAP testing and meet quarterly with Region 4 Title I Directors to facilitate communication and offer technical assistance
