In this role I am responsible for delegating tasks, training incoming employees, addressing customer needs/issues, and preparing food (including ice cream cakes) for customers. I can print and scan the cashier reports at the end of the night, and I oversee about 4-8 employees per shift.

Here I work part-time on the weekends. I can place orders for customers, pay out their bar tabs through the Square Register system, and serve the customers with a positive attitude. I help to maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment.

In this role, I have gained experience and a better understanding in the areas of financial planning, investing/trading, portfolio managing, operations and compliance, and client service management. I learned a lot about the financial industry from the wealth management team, as well as about RKL as a company with their welcoming work environment and core.

In this role, I helped students review their papers and shared writing strategies to help them improve their writing skills. I met with students weekly to discuss their current papers, where we would brainstorm ideas and create a revisement plan.
