I have specialised in setting up accounting departments for a number of SME companies including Moneyplus group (a debt management company), Renovo ( an R&D pharmaceutical company) and NLynx Systems (an IT company). My strengths lay in designing accounting structures including the KPI, MI, and management accounts so that the companies can truly understand how they are trading, and providing support and information on which to base marketing and sales decisions
