I have over several years experience in Customer Service and several years experience in warehousing/distribution. In my current role I supervise all aspects of the warehouse at the same time, including order picking and dispatching to customers. This requires great communication skills with employees and management alike; making sure everyone is properly covered for duties, and getting work done on a timely manner. It also requires working as part of a team, as well as managing multiple vendors and people. Furthermore, I make it my priority to be thorough, friendly and respectful to customers and my associates
