Responsibilities include: 1) Maintaining the integrity of the MRP/DRP functionality for planning, purchasing, and transferring product in the ERP business system 2) Purchasing $24M of raw materials for six North American plants 3) Supply Chain analytics including purchase price variance, and year-over-year cost savings. 4) Assist plants in capacity and revenue planning.

1) SAP implementation for Purchasing, Production planning, and Material Data management. 2) Planning, analyzing and managing inventory selection, inventory levels, SKU count, transfers & metrics, for auxiliary warehouses; 3) Training of all new purchasing personal on Purchasing processes, Inventory management, and the ERP systems, 4) Develop and maintain supply change processes to meet business needs; 5) assist in defining performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of QBP’s supply chain; 6) Project Manager for large projects such as adding new warehouses, and SAP implementation.
