My job is to make sure that companies’ operations under my responsibility will perform as Intelligent Operations, driving innovation, creating better experiences for customers, and enabling employees to make smarter business decisions.I bring 20+ years of experience in strategy and technology services, leading initiatives with a high degree of organizational and digital transformation, such as implementation of Services Centers and M&A-integrations. I am currently focused on Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial and Infrastructure companies in Latin America, and have also worked with Utilities, Energy and Mining companies.Based out of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, I live with a loving husband, 2 adorably-challenging boys, and a german sheppard named after an Anime’s hero, Kakashi.
