• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various departments within Thames Water (historically Operations, Logistics and more recently Customer Experience/Retail)• Participate in various recruitment projects: GSAS (Give Someone Start), Return to work program, Apprenticeships, Mentoring Circles with JCP, Early Years education careers fairs and talks• Regularly collaborate with internal D&I networks LGBTq, Dis-Ability, Multi-Faith and Parents and Carers and attend events • Vice-Chair of the Thames Water BAME +Allies network and Resourcing Diversity Champion. Part of an external cross-sector collaboration group where various companies share best practices and knowledge of events and activities occurring within their organisations. We also work together to host webinars and create videos on LinkedIn to address D&I topics and actively involve our company, board-level managers. I have also been a panel member at webinars and speak at events on behalf of our Resourcing Team advising of the amazing work Thames Water are doing to address equality and work towards having a more diverse workforce
