About Denise Rubin

Ms. Rubin joined Island Hospitality in February 2016 as the General Manager of the Montvale Courtyard by Marriott. In 2017 Ms. Rubin was promoted to the Regional Director of Operations of the Northeast and now Regional Vice President of Operations. Ms. Rubin brings with her over 29 years of extensive operations experience. Ms. Rubin’s experience includes both full service and select service in Marriott, Hilton & Starwood brand hotels. She has held roles such as Director of Housekeeping, Rooms Division Manager, Operations Manager & Assistant GM. Ms. Rubin was awarded GM Sales Leader of the year her first year with Island Hospitality.Ms. Rubin currently oversees 15 hotels, they include Marriott, Hilton & Hyatt branded hotels. Ms. Rubin graduated from Katharine Gibbs NYC with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. She began her career in 1991 at the Courtyard by Marriott located in Rye, NY as a Front Desk Agent.
