*Process export/import documentary trade transactions.*Provide technical and operational trade related support to external and internal clients (i.e. Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager/ Companies’ Account & Finance Managers).*Handling Both Import and Export: Invoice Financing, Inward Bills under Letter of Credit, Inward Bills under Collections, Shipping Guarantees. Export Collection bills under DA/DP, Exports Letter of Credit Bills and Open Account Trade Financing. *Input and approve trade transactions into AS400 system, raise manual credit and debit vouchers. *Construct SWIFT messages for trade related payment or funds return.*Preparation and despatch of invoices and shipping documents for payment under Documentary Letter of Credit received from our customers.*Conduct name screening using AML web program to detect information relating to sanction countries/companies/individuals. *Releasing OFAC/NAK swift messages on a swift basis to ensure all trade payments are remitted within same working day.*Liaise with dealers and treasury to ensure that FX rates are booked and utilised accordingly for trade transactions. *Investigate any errors/discrepancies in transactions done including settlements, credit limits and new applications.*Assigned to Maybank KL Trade Finance helping to guide the Malaysia colleagues the processing of Trade related matters including export and import.
