Denise joined Ripco Real Estate in 2021 as an Executive Managing Director focusing on investment sales. Prior to joining Ripco, Denise was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield since 2015. Denise started her real estate career at Massey Knakal Realty in 2013 which was later transitioned into Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout her tenure, she has valuated and underwritten more than 1,000 properties and has been involved in the aggregate sale of over $1.2 billion in real estate transactions in the New York Metro area. Denise specializes in the underwriting of various types of commercial investment properties including development, retail, office, and multifamily. Her role in real estate brokerage has evolved from analytics and sales into a marketing and managing role overseeing her team, which consists of several fellow senior partners, marketing, and brokerage associates.Denise is an avid contributor to multiple Queens groups including the Queens Chamber of Commerce, Flushing Chamber of Commerce, and Queens Community House. Denise has a Grand Diploma in Pastry Arts and enjoys continuing her pastry craft, staying active, and traveling in her spare time.
