I teach all levels and all ages to play tennis strategically and both physically and mentally. It is a game of chess and keep away. Gain confidence at the net. Learn no man’s land can be your transitional friend-- pushing you to the next winning shot. And the baseline is the beginning of any combination of winning plays. All mistakes can be turned into offensive play and used to your advantage. Techniques should be simple, fun and useful. Know your opponent and play your game. Be sneaky, consistent and unpredictable.

Help the Senior Residents see as an artist, draw and apply colorto create their own work of art using their style all in 1 hour.I frame them and we have an awesome art show twice a year!

I so enjoy working with the Senior Resident Artists. They learn to see as an artist and create an art piece in 1 hour. They learn many techniques and how to use color confidently. We have an awesome art show at least once a year. Building self confidence and bringing out each of their natural ability and unique style is a challenge in such a short amount of time—but is so worth it. Their ideas are awesome! I love that even when similar techniques are taught- each resident’s piece is so different.

I work with what each student individually based on subject matter or various materials including water color, pencils, markers, pastels, embossing, calligraphy … Sometimes we do 3 dimensional art projects. I have the philosophy that there are only happy mistakes and they can be turned into a unique artistic surprise.

I have used these healthy products for many years which has given me greater health and energy. Build a strong immune system to maintain a strong young lifestyle. Through my experience over the many years I have the knowledge to help others maintain the same strong healthy life style based on their needs.

I love to help others to see like an artist, draw and apply color using old and newly thought up techniques in so many fun and colorful ways. Mixed media can be so much fun! Finding solutions to artistic problems is not only challenging, but it brings on an emotional rush. And it is so good for the right brain...
