I am a native born California Girl! Born and raised in the Bay Area. Worked 20 years in Retail/Lucky stores prior to my R.E. profession. Becoming a single Mom was the turning point in my life and the beginning of my journey into the R.E. industry. I raised my children in Winters and have lived in Sonoma, Fairfield & Mexico during my adult years. I currently reside in Vacaville with 27+years in the RE industry. My exposure to Real Estate from 1992-2014 was as a Lender/Mortgage/Broker/Consultant serving all of CA. Every component of R.E. mentally challenges & stimulates me. The housing market is always evolving and ever changing. A constant reminder of the importance to adapt! R.E. is the only industry where I have seen the highest ROI & largest devastating financial losses in a given year. I believe in working hard for my clients combined with honesty & integrity. At a days end it's very rewarding for me to know that I did my best, at all times, regardless of size, SP of home. Regardless of client status; 1st time R.E. buyer or an investor. My job is not only to serve but to educate my clients during the process. My mortgage lending background has enabled me to help both my seller & buyer clients with the basic process of a R.E. transaction and/ or challenges that may arise. The combined collective experiences have been pivotal when reviewing offers and/or negotiating contracts. My mission is to help/serve/benefit my clients in every way possible with every resource available: Sharing accumulative resources derived from developed relationships of many different R.E. affiliates, sharing knowledge from years of education, training and/ or sharing experiences from learned, personal or shared from others.
