Currently am a long term substitute as I transitioned recently to the Atlanta GA area after having COVID twice and a significant accident requiring recovery.

• Carefully planned and executed a shared leadership approach in accordance with DoDEA policies, regulations, and guidance. Organized committees such as facility committees, scheduling committees, and vision planning meetings with multiple stakeholders represented. As a result, participants had a definite understanding about DoDEA operations and functions in alignment with the Community Strategic Plan, Continuous School Improvement, and the mission of DoDEA.• Carefully planned, organized and carried out staffing plans in accordance with careful consideration of student, staff, and community needs. Used a collaborative approach in the staffing process by ensuring that stakeholders were involved in the entire planning process. Collaborated with the Garrison Command/School Liaison Officer, parents, teachers, and students in the process to ensure clear understanding was established. This also built ownership with stakeholders that would need to be able to speak to and perhaps defend the decisions made to other members within the community that these members represented. Held Principal Coffees, inviting participants to learn about our framework and contribute ideas. Collaborated with community resources such as Army Community Service, Service Federal Credit Union, AAFES, DECA, Community Bank to ensure that students had realistic and authentic career planning options as part of building 6-year plans with middle school students. In the absence of a school counselor, organized individual parent meetings to discuss family plans in regards to duty stations. Provided resources to parents PCSing from the DoDEA system in order to ensure smooth transitions.• Collaborated with Army Community Service in the organization of the Army Family Action Planning conferences in the Camp Darby Community. Organized the student issue and feedback sessions. Collaborated with command on researching community issues related to the student stakeholders.
