Coordinate proposal preparation - budgets, internal approvals, electronic submissions - for multiple entities. Ensure proposals comply with funder and university requirements. Serve as liaison between funders and university. Contribute to development, implementation, and delivery of research-related professional development seminars and workshops for WMU faculty and staff.

Oversee administrative function of the center's grants, contracts, and projects; annual budget, project budgets, billing, budget reconciliation, human resources, assist with grant writing. Manage training coordination for center and supervise training coordinator.

Developed curriculum, training manuals, data collection forms, training materials, and other measurement tools to streamline data collection process and grant implementation and delivery of treatment.
