I work with the Information Management Office (IMO) directing KPMG’s information management/data strategy design, vision and project alignment initiatives, as well as business processes and governance in order to refine the protection of firm, client and personal information to help ensure data quality and to enable the effective and efficient leverage of information for analytics and asset-enabled revenue. I oversee and direct IMO's annual budget. I also oversees IMO program and project methodologies, analysis, and reporting for IMO’s projects and programs to ensure all are strategically aligned to overall IMO and firmwide vision. I prioritize strategic projects based on ever-changing firm and market requirements.

Developed, refined, and directed KPMG’s Third-Party Oversight program to centralize and simplify onboarding of third-party contractors while ensuring that the firm’s third-party contractor reporting is accurate and meets client, legal, and regulatory requirements. Oversee IMO program and project methodologies, analysis, and reporting.
