As the Vice President of Consumerism for Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas, I led the Consumer Experience Design and Implementation teams while partnering closely with Digital, Marketing, Operations, the Physician Org, and other key stakeholders to make healthcare easier for consumers to access, understand, and navigate.

At MD Anderson Cancer Center I establish a Human-Centered Design practice and lead experience design for the Innovation Center. I worked alongside clinicians, researchers, patients and operational leaders to apply a creative, iterative approach to problem-solving solutions that fit the needs of patients and the institution.
