I am the President and CEO of Behavior Change Success Corp (BCSC), a leading behavior consulting agency that provides in-school and in-home behavior consultation, staff training, and IEP support using evidence-based strategies. I have been the Owner and CEO of BCSC for over 13 years, and the President and CEO of Denise Wright Licensed Behavior Analyst PLLC for over 6 years. I am also a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Walden University.My expertise lies in applying behavior analytic principles and techniques to help individuals with behavioral challenges achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life. I have conducted numerous functional behavior assessments, designed and implemented effective behavior intervention plans, and facilitated social skills programs in various settings. I have also written and hosted several training seminars on topics such as school-wide behavior modification and positive behavior supports, class-wide behavior management strategies, self-management, and data-based decision making. Additionally, I have taught and supervised students pursuing the B.A.C.B. certification at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology for 7 years. My mission is to deliver high-quality behavior analytic services, training, and supervision to my clients, staff, and students.
