As Habeas Assistance and Training Counsel, I provide consultation, training and resource materials to public defenders and private attorneys appointed to represent persons sentenced to capital punishment in federal habeas corpus proceedings. In addition, I consult with the Defender Services Committee of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts; I continue to directly represent capital defendants in state and federal proceedings.
