How well do you know your business? Is progress real or imaginary? Is your direction where you want or should go? Are you keeping up with personal and business transitions? Key to my position is determining business needs, questioning business development, creating reports, planning and leading meetings, and reporting accountability.

I was a public school teacher for almost 34 years. Opportunities included two Michigan school districts (Delta Center and Cassopolis) and two Ohio school districts (Westerville and Columbus). Instruction was developed for students in a rural area, in a suburban area, and in an inner city setting. Classroom types varied from resource room to small classroom for general and special education. Core subjects were taught. My experiences included 2nd through 12th grades. I pioneer programs in Title I, READ 180, science (energy education and STEM), and engaged middle school students in MIT and the Columbus Zoo's partnership for two years. At least five student teachers were mentored. Since I sought to provide my students with the latest information, strategies, and methods for instruction, continuing education courses were welcomed. My ultimate teaching goal was to expose students of all ages (adults included) to learning in a variety of situations.
