Implementation Manager for installation of the UK based STYLEMAN software at Nike in Portland Oregon. My position included conducting a 6 month conference room pilot which resulted in an 18 month software implementation. The project required over 100 modifications of which I was responsible for writing detailed functional specifications, testing the programming and training Nike Employees once programming was completed and accepted. I also maintained a weekly status and budget reports which updated all members of the Project Team (NIKE and ISS) of the accomplishments and issues. Nike requested customized training manuals, I developed and created 75% of the manuals. I employed 2 tech writers to complete the project.
