Set up the new investor relations department including annual budget, investor targeting analysis, initial investor roadshow and analyst day, job descriptions and primary staffing. The website content for investors and the governance sections along with training staff all completed ahead of the spinoff date. Coordinated CRCs first earnings distribution and analyst call.**Development of Oxy’s Initial corporate website in 2003 and contributor to 3 subsequent redesigns 2007, 20010 and 2014.**Coordinated Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility initiatives from 2009 to 2014. Preparing annual SR reports and managing participation in annual ESG surveys and conferences.
