CurrentIn this newly created position for the Ottawa-Gatineau region, the direct focus is on driving revenues into the hotels located in the National Capital Region. Duties include training, mentoring and motivating the area sales team. Develop & execute successful marketing plans and budgets for all properties. Participate in revenue management with a particular focus on growing RGI index. Oversee Atlific joint sales activitites in the National Captial Region.On behalf of Atlific hotels, duties include participating in the ASLAC (Atlific Sales Leadership Advisory Council), championing the Atlific Advantage lead referral program and on-boarding new Sales Directors for brands such as Marriott and IHG.Hotels include:Courtyard by Marriott Ottawa DowntownFour Points by Sheraton Gatineau OttawaHoliday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa West NepeanAdditional duties:Marriott Access Edge CoachChair of Indigenous Committee - Atlific HotelsParticipated in the IHG Sales Advisory Committee
