I was responsible for defining the HR plan of these projects and coordinating their execution. The plans involved, among others, a selection process of approximately 70 positions distributed in the 15 countries of Latin America; evaluation of the compensation packages, redefinition of variable plan, gap assessment and development of new skills.- Supported the Process of Change Management and Culture of these projects, working together with the Change Management area in the definition of actions for climate monitoring, communication, employee engagement and stakeholder management, (teambuilding, research and assessment, project site, logistics and roadshow content among others)
