Coim USA produces various plastic/resin chemicals which also include some hazardous materials. My responsibilities are to process all the inbound and outbound paperwork for our shipments which ship throughout the US and outside the country including Italy, Brazil, Mexico, and Canada. Responsibilities also include scheduling all LTL, Full truckload and tanker shipments as well as Rail car shipments. Railcar shipments include transferring material to SMS Rail/Coraluzzo to trans load into railcars to transfer to LaPorte, TX and El Paso, TX. Responsibilites also include releasing all railcars to Firestone plants in Bristol, CT, Jacksonville, FL and Youngwood PA. Other tasks are setting up LTL and Full truckload shipments through Kuebix for our locations in West Deptford and Paulsboro, NJ, as well as 3rd party warehouse locations in Delaware, Oregon, Illinois, California and Canada. Make sure all paperwork is processed/posted in real time using WMS/Bar Coding systems and track customer orders.

I work in customer service and I am responsible for over 15 accounts. My responsibilites for these accounts are to solicit for freight and build orders/loads that are tendered to me. Those tenders are forwarded through Email, AS400/EDI, and throughout various websites such as Lean Logistics. I am responsible to close out loads and provide up to date status on deliveries to my customers through their websites. My current accounts that I handle now are Petco, ES3 (Conagra/Unilever), GAP, Victoria Seret, Meadwestvaco (Office Depot), and Associated Brands/Unyson Logistics, Irving Tissue, Giant Foods, Arrowstream (Pactiv/General Mills), Welch's, Lenox (Fed Ex).

Worked for Yorkship Business Supply until they sold the company to Office Depot. I was a customer service rep then transferred to the transportation department where I worked in dispatch with over 40 drivers. I have over 20 years experience in customer service/dispatch/transporation.

I was responsible for approx. 8 sales reps and their accounts. I keyed in orders for office supplies and office furniture for those specific accounts. I was also responsible for finding POD's.
