• Provide a HR Business Partnering service working collaboratively with business leaders to achieve the strategic and business objectives and sustainable performance improvement and growth• Provide business-focussed advice across the employee life-cycle including policies, procedures, best practice and employment issues• Manage case management issues guiding managers to achieve fair and appropriate outcomes that uphold policies, procedures, employment law and best practice• Build a coaching/consulting role with managers to help them deal with colleague and performance management issues• Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures in line with organisational objectives and in accordance with current and emerging legislation and best practice.• Support and advise line managers regarding restructures.• Develop and review HR policies, procedures and line manager tool-kits in line with organisational objectives and in accordance with current and emerging legislation and best practice.

Standalone role reporting directly to Board to deliver a professional generalist HR service to 200 employees across the five sites
