I provide support to the Director of Philadelphia Social Service Ministries with a special focus on property management, operations, and acts as the liaison with Management Agent. My responsibilities include knowledge of all current regulations and reporting requirements at properties to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, funders, and regulatory agencies. I also assist the Director, as needed, with strategic planning and project development. At a site level, I supervise a team of 15 employees that range from property management, maintenance, and administrative workers. I also work closely with the Social Worker to develop policies and procedures that coincide with the development of the team in trauma-informed services as well as policies and procedures that incorporate synergy between property management and property management as a team.

I was promoted to Site Manager in 2008 to perform the daily Property Management tasks of a 100 unit Senior Citizen Independent Living Facility. Job duties included creating the needed data in the form of letters, memorandums, proposals and reports. Planned, organized, assigned and reviewed work of office and maintenance staff. Also, maintained constant oversight of office projects and operations including budgets containment, collection of rent, outside contractor work, intake of applications for residency, City Certification and all correspondences from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development office.
