• Provided administrative oversight and management of the real estate, purchasing, and inventory functions for a growing manufacturer of unmanned air vehicles (aka surveillance drones, which led to the attainment of a Top Secret security clearance from the U.S. Government). The assignment required extensive planning and control structure design in order to produce a top-quality product in an appropriately secure environment. • Training coordinator for all company needs. Coordinated complex itineraries with foreign entities to ensure their safety and educational needs were met• Liaison with outside legal counsel to protect the companies’ intellectual property assets (patents and trademarks) and for sensitive employment issues. • Event coordinator for large-scale company meetings, including strategic planning, and product rollout.
