Taught in both the undergraduate and MBA programs at the Odette School of Business in management, organizational behaviour, human resources, compensation, health & safety, and human capital strategy. Also coached the national Excalibur Case Competition team for four years, and served as the Co-op Education faculty liaison. Worked on the curriculum update committee. I was recognized for my teaching excellence with three different "Professor of the Year" awards during my time at University of Windsor.

Provided governance direction and strong leadership to the college, including two years as Board Chair. Managed a $65 million budget, led a major reorganization based on a 25% government budget reduction, and helped to select and effectively coach a new president during my tenure.

Held various management roles of increasing responsibility beginning as a financial analyst, then equity coordinator, training coordinator, front line manufacturing supervisor, health & safety manager, and salaried human resources manager. Facilitated plant workshops for continuous improvement and implemented lean manufacturing processes on the plant floor. Developed and implemented all new HR policies and systems during an ownership transition.
