Managed the JustAsk Q&A forum (including expert participant recruitment and relations), social media marketing, website comments moderation, online customer service, member relations/TOS enforcement, and other online community engagement. Grew and managed a portfolio of Twitter profiles (increasing the organization's following ten-fold in six months organically), and oversaw their Facebook Fan Page (with 700% organic fan base growth in 2010).
