Brand management, concept creation, sourcing and implementation of the Duralee@Home fabric line geared towards manufacturers and designers for RADG. Responsible for Showtime (http://www.imchighpointmarket.com/showtime-fabric-market) showroom planning and merchandising.

Responsible for maintaining, distributing and selling a high end upholstery textile brand. Focus on increasing profitability through customer knowledge and tighter controls on development process, increasing efficiency and productivity through knowledge of the manufacturing process and adapting them to the needs of the line.Work with national sales force to increase exposure and sales Work with key accounts to establish ongoing needs and direction of lineResearch and create trend assessments for new collections Artwork/construction/colorways direction for accuracy of brandVisit and communicate with key manufacturers and retailersManage all manufacturer and retail custom workAnalyze and interpret sales data

Responsible to VP of Sales and Marketing for working directly with the national sales force to establish relationships with key accounts to increase sales and exposure of product line. Responsible for managing overall textile development process from concept to finished product (primarily for upholstery weight fabric for the residential furniture industry). Monitor flow and calendar timelines. Provide leadership, coach and mentor design staff. Pricing strategy, product analysis (construction/new yarns/finishes), product marketing, sales/show coordination (east and west), market research, market planning and licensing for the better of the product. (Higher-end upholstery textiles)Line selections with designers of pattern/construction/warp tie to meet the needs of design, customers and manufacturing. Yarn and finishing sourcing.Responsible for marketing/merchandising staff, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments and recognition/disciplinary actions. Responsible for successfully initiating, designing, merchandising, selling and placing Performance lines; specifically Crypton and outdoor.

 Responsible for completing two jobber book collections using my knowledge of the industry from experience and exposure to the market (travel; trade shows worldwide, various market exposures: furniture, jobber, accessories, direct contact customers/sales force/designers as well as experience in teaching about the textile industry).

Development of consumer woven products, specifically jacquard designs for bedding ensembles, to satisfy the needs of the ready made market by working in all phases of styling with Account managers, Sales managers, Mills, Art Studios, Hand weaving, Planning and Records Departments.Develop designs with print paper suppliers and art studios for suitable prints for jacquard fabrics.Gather and interpret color and design trends for presentation.
