As an Arts in Health & Recovery Practitioner for H.P.F.T at NHS, I use my arts expertise to facilitate creative and therapeutic activities for people with mental health challenges. I collaborate with health professionals, service users, and carers to design and deliver tailored workshops that promote well-being, recovery, and social inclusion. I have a BA (hons) in Design Craft from the University of Hertfordshire, where I specialized in ceramics and developed skills in social media content creation, learning, and ceramic sculpture. I also have a BTEC Level 3 in Art and Design, and a NVQ Level 4 in Child Care Learning and Development. I have 15 years of experience in child care and early years education, and 4 years of experience as a Senior Student Ambassador at UH, where I helped with various events and activities for prospective and current students. I am passionate about using art as a tool for healing, learning, and empowerment.
