Program Manager/Candidate Development Team Lead• Build, train and develop a team of technical sourcers focused on sourcing passive candidate through networking, linkedin, Boolean searches and other creative sourcing techniques. • Manage special projects such as process development, script development and tools trainings. • Increased diversity candidate attendance for Google events by sourcing and developing candidates. • Support the programs team by driving diversity passive candidates towards events. • Drive post program support and foster relationships with diversity attendees and present candidates for various opportunities. • Partner with Programs team to develop process for effectively recruiting and leads management for Google Diversity and Industry events.

• Responsible for the assessment of organizational requirements and implementation of the HR interventions, processes, programs and practices necessary to drive business objectives. • Conduct internal and external candidate interviews and manage debrief/feedback sessions.• Consult on creating organizational capabilities necessary to meet current and future business challenges. • Proactively assess and diagnose problems and identify appropriate organizational interventions and implement solutions independently.• Focus areas: strategic workforce assessment and talent planning; Internal and external talent acquisition strategy and execution: leadership and employee development strategies and programs; leadership communication strategies, processes and programs; employee relations and performance management counseling and problem-solving.• Partner closely with senior executives to proactively solve organizational issues.
