Global Human Resources Director
CurrentDevelop global organization strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives, activities, and resources in line with organizational objectives.Implement human resources strategies by establishing departmental accountabilities, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, training and development, recordkeeping, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.Administer plan health, welfare and safety programs.Partner with management to develop and embed a positive contemporary organizational culture, leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change Act as an organizational coach, who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with departments to maximize team performance Strategically partner with management to design and implement the most effective global organizational structures and manage transitions using change acceleration techniques Lead talent assessment in the organization, identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to recognize and develop key talent and select the best candidates Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines, mentoring, training, etc. Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organizational values.Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on necessary actions.
