• Administer and manage DacorMatch Project; work closely with Paint applicator, Customer Service, all dealers, sales managers, area managers and customers• Administer purchase orders for Paint applicator for custom orders; coordinate with engineering to create and add applicable sku’s and Bill of Materials for custom orders, which include production, warranty and parts orders for DacorMatch• Prepare and ship all custom color match samples to customers and dealers directly• Coordinate with quality and receiving department for all transportation scheduling to suppliers; ensure all quality parameters and procedures are adhered to between all parties; review all painted parts with lead quality manager to ensure color measurements are in accordance with specifications and review any color variances• Plan and coordinate with porcelain applicator for production orders per MRP forecast• Closely work with Master Scheduler on a daily basis as a back up for all reporting to upper management; reports included are: Daily Production Shortage, Daily Summary Report, Discontinued Products Report (which include all parts made, purchased and unique)• Coordinate with Engineering to obtain updates on all open engineering projects; prepare and provide meeting notes for weekly Engineering Management meeting• Provide cost summary for management for sales and average for the DacorMatch Project• Coordinate all data from Purchasing team for management reports

Responsible for the purchasing execution of complex instrumentation commodities which include the supply of Modulating Control Valves, Pressure Indicators, Flow Meters, Temp. Transmitters for Flow Control design parameters. Create, and implement detailed Framework Agreement for the purchasing of critical components to ensure timely delivery, and structured pricing for cost effectiveness.Utilize commercial negotiation strategies to modify agreement satisfaction relative to the Terms and Conditions suitable for site specific requirements. Initiate logistical requirements to accommodate the proper exporting criteria suited for international customs clearance to.Interface with engineering to coordinate technical requirements to relay critical design specifications to suppliers for quality assurance. Prepare, and implement thorough RFP’s/RFQ’s fully documenting client Global Procedures, and critical design specifications.
