Responsible for leading the clinic management activities including Cirrus design process external medical coding reconciliation, development of the clinical databases, presenting at Bid defense meetings with prospective new clients and development of database procedures. I interact as a liaison with CRO and monitoring staff on behalf of the sites. I employ a team of senior level CRC's that excel at clinical research practices.

I completed employment contracts, privileging and credentialing paperwork for affiliated hospitals, practice acquisitions, build outs for new clinics and all management of construction project duties for new construction within the medical group.
