GNEMSDC is a regional council that is an affiliate of NMSDC. GNEMSDC promotes Minority Business Enterprises ("MBEs") in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire with under 1 million in annual sales revenue to those with over 50 million. Managed all aspects of the MBE and Stakeholder experience which includes Advocacy, Recruitment, Retention and Sponsorship. Implementing pillars and mission of Council. Curating platforms/programs that add value for Stakeholders including Quarterly Meetings, seminars, matchmaking. Sharing benefits of MBE inclusion and diversity training. Representing Council on panels and at community. regional and Industry events/conferences. Also responsible for every aspect of Certification process including reporting to committees and Board. Operations, Compliance and Business Development Appointed to National Certification Task Force during first year of service. Working with other staff members in collegial manner to achieve Council goals. Expert in Strategic Creativity, Experiential Platforms and Execution.
