As Global Process expert for P2P (Purchase to Pay), I have expert knowledge end to end process for indirect materials and services. These processes are supported by global tool(s), and I worked to harmonize processes. I am responsibility to design, deploy and maintain the global process. This includes any regional country requirements, ensuring the supporting tool(s) are supporting the process and identifies and agrees to service model required to support the process and tool(s). I drive adoption of to-be business processes, analyze Process levels within P2PO domain to perform process gap analyses, propose best practices for the process design. Responsible for the timely completion of project activities within P2P process area, focused on release delivery, process harmonization, SIT testing, UAT testing, training, data conversion, cutover, and hyper-care. Supporting process implementation of various programs and projects within Indirect material procurement channels. Responsible change agent to clarify the impact of the any new ways of working including the process, IT application to deployment teams; content owner of the deployment materials (guidelines, work instructions and learnings). Coordinate involvement of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in key project activities and work with them to understand the end-to-end business process steps and data flows in support of successful implementation and adoption by their business, respective domains and ensure people competencies and capabilities are in place to execute the standard solutions.

Streamlined the processes and procedures in accordance with Internal Control Standards and Quality Management. Achieved compliance in all operational and financial control audits. Transferred the shared Service Center successfully to Philips India in 2007. Trained Indian buyers onsite, in Thailand and remotely.
