From there, we expanded into government and federal contracts, automotive and financial industries. Dixie Graphics, a commercial print company founded in 1980, began evolving into a data-driven organization providing communication services to vertical markets that require a great deal of security in handling messaging. I worked my way up to VP of Sales during a period when the print industry was undergoing technology and functional transformations that were rewriting traditional industry models. During the economic recession, the industry upped its game, and we decided to compete in a new industry emerging from traditional print production. We chose to become a data-driven service provider offering communication services to vertical markets where security is paramount in message handling.

In 1980, Dixie Graphics opened its doors as a family-run commercial print company providing high-volume direct mail, custom print and mass messaging services for a wide range of clients. I started my career in 1986 as a sales executive compensated entirely on commission. My family business allowed me the opportunity to learn not only about outstanding customer service, but how each area of the company contributed to the commitment and integrity that led to our success.
