Positions include but are not limited to Social Workers, Case Managers, Counselors, Crisis Clinicians, IT and Finance & Accounting. Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source candidates. Responsible for coordinating candidate interviews with hiring managers and teams. Create and maintain job postings for internal and external employment sites.

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of Healthcare professionals for clinical and non-clinical positions at both Montefiore and The Weils facilities. Collaborate with hiring managers on open requisitions. Responsible for postings, ATS(OnShift) tracking, phone screens, interview scheduling, extending and negotiating offers, scheduling of all pre-employment screening.

Reported to Chief Human Resource Officer. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of Healthcare professionals for clinical and non-clinical positions for 17 dialysis centers. Qualified & placed candidates into company's monthly 12 week training program. Attend off site recruiting events including healthcare career fairs, college career fairs and professional symposiums.

Manage referral sources for multiple hospitals. Interact with discharge planners, physicians, patients and families to secure patient referrals. Evaluate medical & financial criteria prior to patient admission. Grow patient admissions for LTAC, SNF and NCD. Accountable for achieving personal sales growth.

Conduct patient assessments. evaluating medical complexity to determine appropriate level of care. Transfer clinical and insurance benefit information from referring to home hospital. Complete Pre-Admission Clinical Evaluations to assist in appropriateness of admissions.

Deliver respiratory procedures to long term acute care patients including ventilator management, intubations, trach tube changes, etc. Appointed charge therapist. Assumed role of scheduler for Respiratory Department and Telemetry Technicians. Precept newly hired Respiratory Therapists and Nurses. Clinical educator for Respiratory students.

Recruited middle management to executive level positions through direct sourcing, networking, internet & database searches and referrals. Teamed with President and Project Managers on retained searches in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Insurance and Finance & Accounting.
