As Executive Director of Desert Rose, Denise is passionate about providing life-changing resources to lead women in their transformational journeys through recovery. She understands instinctively the importance that Soul-Centered TreatmentTM can play in reclaiming one’s life. "Every woman who stays with us at Desert Rose is given the opportunity to choose the life they were created to live. Our job is to meet these women wherever they are on their journey in order to educate, demonstrate and equip them with the keys to unlock the door to lasting growth and true transformation. In addition to learning how to make new and different behavioral choices, the women of Desert Rose begin to listen and trust the still, small voices inside their souls. When individuals uncover what lies within them, real work happens. They discover a true newness of being."Denise has been facilitating and creating meaningful change for women for more than a decade. She began by leading small groups and facilitating spiritual retreats before moving into the non-profit sector and conducting workshops and teaching classes on Authentic Living. Amazed at how hungry women were to experience more gratitude, peace and joy in everyday living, Denise decided to train as a Certified Holistic Life Coach and launched Emerge Life Coaching, LLC. She is thrilled to share her intentional-living gifts and experience with the women of Desert Rose.

For the past ten years, Denise has been leading, facilitating and creating meaningful change for women. She began her work leading various women’s community groups, teaching classes for non-profit organizations and conducting spiritual retreats.Trained as a Certified Holistic Life Coach, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Bonaventure University. Prior to her ministry work, Denise spent eight years working for a Fortune 500 company in the medical sales field. Her mission and greatest joy is accompanying women on their transformational journey to an intentional, purpose driven life. Denise and her husband, Mike, live in Palm Beach Gardens with their three children.
