I am a dynamic, person centred senior leader, who has utilised strong strategic, business, and stakeholder acumen to develop and implement philanthropic and government funded initiatives at regional, state and national levels to improve the mental health and wellbeing of families, children and young people. With an education and clinical background regarding children and young people, I have been fortunate to translate this knowledge into a holistic viewpoint of the child and young person, particularly in the areas of suicide postvention, abuse and trauma and parental separation. This has privileged me to participate in a Delphi study regarding suicide postvention in school communities, work in remote communities, input into state and national government department reform and policy documents, and contribute in high level discussions, conferences and forums, regarding the wellbeing of children and young people. With a genuine heart to see others empowered to live their best lives, my leadership style is inclusive, consultative and collaborative, valuing the insight, knowledge and experience of others. I flourish in building stakeholder relationships and partnerships to achieve common goals as a collective. I have a naturally calm, approachable manner, very adaptable and adept in managing highly complex environments, finding creative solutions and innovative approaches to strategic and organisational outcomes that has seen successful growth and scale up of programs/services.
