Working in health care since 1986. I am a Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist servicing patients seeking a practitioner well versed in pain, anxiety and fertility complexities.My experience as a Social Worker enhanced my assessment skills in pain management and mental health disorders. I offer a non-judgemental environment where patients feel at ease while disclosing their personal stories. Effective patient treatment is a priority. Patients receive individual treatment planning based on medical models of Eastern and Western theories. Areas of Specialization: muscle and neck/back pain; general anxiety and infertility.Professional trainings include working with Dr. Steven Marcus and Mr. Matt Callison, Sports Medicine Specialists using cadavers, viewing body degeneration specifically arthritic diseases. Treating arthritic and spinal nerve impingement became a treatment focal point beginning in 2009 with an older population and, as a result of treatment --I witnessed excellent outcomes in lowering their pain levels. The lack of non-invasive treatment modalities for aging populations with Western Medicine highly concerns me. I have a strong commitment to my clients to help them live an active quality life without the use of toxic medications.
