Use various software tools to create rich media online training courses for clients world-wide. Design and develop technical product training for both internal and external audiences. Work with SMEs to assess training needs and determine what is required for further course development. Evaluate completed course content. Adhere to the ADDIE model as well as course standards. Design and develop blended learning solutions including synchronous (Virtual Classrooms) e-Learning, instructor-led training , and training materials. Able to take complex process and system information and convert it into tools and resources that are easily digested by a variety of different end users. Use content authoring tools to develop online training modules with quizzes.

Sought and promoted new and exciting musical talent in the US as well as Finland, set up tour dates, recording schedules, and worked closely with recording company as well as each band to ensure that scheduled dates were being met. Also set-up, organized and choreographed signing deals in the San Joaquin Valley and Las Vegas areas. Worked with each band to create artwork and select tracks to be placed on each album.

Created advertising material including signage for various clients throughout Northern Arizona and the US. Clients included Meteor Crater, Holiday Inn, Red Feather Lodge, Hilton Hotels, Hampton Inn & Suites, McLaughlin, Stevens Engineering, Grand Canyon National Geographic Visitors Center, Grand Canyon IMAX®, Niagara Falls IMAX®, Myrtle Beach IMAX® and the Grand Canyon Chamber of Commerce.

Generated Marketing Plans for existing and new clients. Designed advertising for clients in the Automotive industry; including Jaguar, BMW, Porsche, Ford, Nissan, Lexus. Created Direct Mail Pieces, Newspaper Advertising, Radio Spots, and Movie Screen Advertisements for local and national companies. Received recognition from Montrose Ford in Montrose, Colorado for winning the "Ford 500" advertising contest solely sponsored by the Ford Motor Company. This contest was for the Western United States region.
