Execute design and development from concept through creation for medical device labeling, directions inserts, and cartons based on redlines, drawings, regulatory requirements, corporate identity, supplier and manufacturing requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide labeling art and documentation expertise. Act as Translation Coordinator for multilingual labels. Perform prepress activities to prepare and verify labeling artwork for print suppliers. Product data and documentation management entry, configuration and processing in Documentation Management Systems. Generate technical documentation and material specifications in compliance with labeling process and procedures.- Instrumental contributing member of departmental team for implementation of FDA Unique Device Identifier (UDI) requirements, on over 400 labels in approximately 8 month time period.- Successfully created 28 draft labels in a two week timeline, to meet Regulatory submission date.- Labeling Team SME and Local Administrator for TcU (Team Center Unified - Data Management System).- Received several accolades and recognition from Team Members, regarding consistently producing high quality results in a compressed time line, and demonstrating shared commitments.
