With over seven years of experience in human resources, I am a SR HR Generalist at NOV, a leading provider of technology, equipment, and services for the oil and gas industry. I have a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Downtown, and I have developed competencies in decision quality, performance management, and employee relations. I support the Wellbore Segment of NOV, which offers a range of products and services for drilling, intervention, and completion operations. I partner with managers and employees to provide guidance, coaching, and training on various HR topics and policies, as well as to resolve issues and disputes. I also contribute to the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement. My mission is to enable a positive and productive work environment for all, and to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
