I am transitioning from the military and utilizing Allegiant Giving’s Skillbridge Program to assist me in this endeavor.

PM/Operations Mngr▪ Built Informatics Steering Committee with 21 voting members from 17 departments. Implemented change management strategies and steered processes through meetings, minutes, task assignments, and deadlines. United the DOD and VA electronic health record program for 18K beneficiaries. ▪ Aced The Joint Commission inspection by preparing the clinic’s only instrument processing center. Conducted training and mock inspections resulting in no write-ups and the lead technician being lauded by the inspector. ▪ Improved medical readiness rates by leading a process improvement project. Guided 60 members to develop and implement 4 courses of action. Readiness rates rose 4% in 11 days and climbed to pre-COVID highs within a year. ▪ Ignited referral management process improvement. Led 10 personnel, revamped the process, and grew the network by 810 appointments. This sped access to care from 39 days down to 19. ▪ Advocated for $270K digital dentistry capability leading to 10K cases being processed in half the time and adding new capabilities. The technology allowed the lab to beat its production goal by 88% and became the go-to for novel cases. Leadership/Human Resources▪ Senior advisor for the welfare of 350 medics and operations servicing 18K beneficiaries in support of the Air Force’s most deployed base. Resolved conflicts; coached and mentored department leadership teams. ▪ Propelled Hurlburt Field’s professional development center. Analyzed feedback, and created monthly 3-day and 1-day frontline supervisor courses—coordinated instructors with diverse backgrounds to facilitate. Courses opened to 9K+ personnel and became the most popular. ▪ Targeted mid-level management professional growth. Advocated and coordinated professional education opportunities with the Air Force Special Operations Command by generating development plans. These were key in opening joint training and garnering 1.2K professional development hours for 34 mid-level managers.
