I am a Certified Professional Coach, specializing in all areas of Performance. Whether your "field" is a diamond, boardroom, courtroom or classroom, I have the resources to help you consistently give your best performance. What makes me stand out in the field of coaching is that I have been in your cleats. I have been an active competitor in many sports, from swimming to show jumping, golf to Tae Kwon Do. I have swum the laps, mucked the stalls, swung the clubs and hit the bags just as much as you, my clients, so I have an innate understanding to help you achieve your best performance that you can give each and every day. I also have a 15 year career in advertising and 18 years as a small business owner so I can really cover any and all bases!
