Our StoryWe started in January of 2017, specializing in the medical assessment and education of patients for medical cannabis. We have seen over 8000 patients in BC and although not for everyone, medical cannabis is providing relief for most of those patients. In noticing this we also realized that the symptoms of the patients diminished but they really didn't know how to develop the skills needed to move closer to even better health outcomes. This is when we decided to offer the very skills they would need to reach their desired quality of health. So in November of 2019, we added counseling, corrective kinesiology, mindfulness, and yoga. All of these focus on being therapeutic and restorative. We believe in giving you the basics so you can reach the quality of life you are looking for!We have many classes and opportunities for individual sessions. Not sure where to start?
