My current focus as a trainer is Functional Pre-hab a unique integration of Pilates, functional strength and balance training, fascial release work, and assisted stretching methods. I have found great success using this method with busy business professionals and retired executives who have spent their lives traveling and in front of computers and are looking to feel and function better in their bodies. My business background is invaluable to my coaching and training work with these clients. My other area of specialty is helping struggling teens and college students find life balance through fitness and gratitude coaching. In 2010 I created a fitness experience called "World Class." It was originally designed as a unique fitness experience that was beneficial for your body and uplifting for your soul. This uncommon format begins with a positive uplifting and meaningful message about gratitude, random acts of kindness, or charity work. I curate the music for each class to match the message. Class begins with stretching and breathing, followed by a full-body functional workout that focuses on intrinsic supportive muscles, posture, and balance. I also incorporate exercise modalities from around the world such as Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Tibetan rites, Pilates, and Yoga. The end of class offers the opportunity to rest and breathe and just "be." This unique combination of fitness, gratitude, and human connection seems to speak to where people are in their lives and has blossomed into a large, loyal, enthusiastic community filled with contagious enthusiasm and gratitude. As an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Stott-certified Pilates instructor, I also craft unique wellness studio and in-home personal training experiences. My current fitness studio work focuses on personal training and teaching Pilates, Barre, stretching, and interval classes. I am also certified to teach Cardio Kickboxing, Strength Training, Boot Camps, and Aquafitnes.

Worked with the authors to identify target audiences and design blue-sky ideas for building a unique thinking community. Tasked with reaching out to connections and podcasters to ignite social media shares and interviews. Followed up with readers to get feedback, help answer questions about the concepts in the book, and gauge interest in a thinking community type of experience. I am Keats is devoted to helping people reconsider their approach to everyday life, and challenge them to find meaning in complexity and reward in the unknown, to be authentic, compassionate and brave. The mission is to move people to really live!
