Designed cohort-style courses combining leadership principles, human behavior, emotional intelligence, and operational requirements. Talent investment strategy was based on the notion that leveraging each individual's greatest talents would have a profound impact on performance, retention, trust, and productivity. We used SuccessFactors 360, Clifton Strengths Finders, The Maxwell Method of DISC, Emotional Intelligence, as some of the tools for growing leaders and teams with a focus on driving business outcomes. Leaders focused on immersive experiences in visioning, maximizing values, leading and motivating others (especially in times of change and crisis (eg: COVID), connecting better with stakeholders and teams, mentoring/sponsoring, coaching cultures, diverse cultural mastery, developing self and others, and more. Business scenarios were linked to learning objectives including immersive experiences designed to challenge leaders to articulate and showcase factors that drove business results and how emerging new or enhanced methods would increase productivity, performance, retention, trust, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, each leader and aspiring leader (including high potential catalyst pools) were paired with certified business coaches focusing on personal and organizational effectiveness. There was significant difference in business results comparing leaders who participated fully and graduated successfully, to those leaders who did not participate or complete the year-long program. In the cohort of Aspiring Leaders, 80% of participants have been promoted to people leadership or senior program roles. -
